Welcome to hro.io. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hro.io platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by SA2 TRADING CO. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
"Account" means a unique account created for you to access our Service.
"Content" refers to any text, images, videos, audio, or other material that you upload, post, or otherwise make available through the Service.
"Platform" refers to the hro.io software application and website.
"User" means any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your details updated.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access your Account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes.
By uploading or posting Content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your Content as needed to operate the Service.
You represent and warrant that you own the Content or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your Content does not violate third-party rights.
To enable automation or content distribution features, you may need to provide us access to your social media accounts. You represent that you have authority to grant such access.
We will only access your accounts as necessary to provide the Service and in compliance with each platform’s terms. We do not access personal messages or private data unless explicitly authorized.
You agree NOT to use the Service:
The Service and all original content (excluding user-generated Content) are the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

hro.io is offered as a subscription-based service. By choosing a plan, you agree to the listed monthly or annual fees. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your Service access remains active as long as your subscription is paid and in good standing.
We may update subscription pricing. If so, we will provide at least 14 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect indicates acceptance of the new pricing.
We may suspend or terminate your Account without notice if you violate these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods are provided.

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy of generated content, or error-free operation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
